UNICEF Travel Reporting System
UNICEF Travel Management System allows submission, supervision and follow ups of the travel report. In addition it also supplies relative report to the travel details.
This is a system that resides on the UNICEF Nepal Intranet at Kathmandu. The system is also accessible via UNICEF field offices at Biratnagar, Nepalgunj and Bharatpur.
The concept of this system was initiated by the Monitoring and Evaluation section of UNICEF Nepal which needed a system to track all the Travel made by UNICEF staff and they came up with such a solution.
The system stores reports and after performing the needed work flow printable pages and PDF can be generated for individual reports. In addition the system also has a very powerful reporting system.
